Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 bell peppers, any colour finely chopped
- 5 to 10 florets brocolli
- 2 to 3 pieces celery
- Olive oil.
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp curry powder
Method
- Soak quinoa in warm water for 15 mins.
- Place in steamer for 15 mins.
- Take 1 tsp Olive oil in a wok and stir fry the veggies for 3 to 4 mins.
- Add the steamed quinoa
- Sprinkle salt and curry powder.
- Serve hot.
