Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 bell peppers, any colour finely chopped
  • 5 to 10 florets brocolli
  • 2 to 3 pieces celery
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp  curry powder

Method

  1. Soak quinoa in warm water for 15 mins.
  2. Place in steamer for 15 mins.
  3. Take 1 tsp Olive oil in a wok and stir fry the veggies for 3 to 4 mins.
  4. Add the steamed quinoa
  5. Sprinkle salt and curry powder.
  6. Serve hot.
