  • 5 to 10 florets Broccoli
  • 2 to 3 pieces Celery
  • Olive oil.

Method

  1. Soak Quinoa in warm water for 15 mins.
  2. Place in a steamer for 15 mins.
  3. Take 1 tsp Olive oil in a wok and stir fry the veggies for 3 to 4 mins.
  4. Add the steamed quinoa
  5. Sprinkle salt and curry powder.
  6. Serve hot.
