Rinse and make a smooth paste; add black salt and fruit salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add chopped ginger, green chillies, and coriander to an idli steamer in each idli section. Add a tablespoon of batter over this ginger, chilli, coriander mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steam the batter till fully cooked.
