half cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green chilli-4<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Method<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saute the garlic and green chilli.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now blend the chickpeas, saute garlic and chillier, olive oil and lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the hummus dressing. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep it aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Now saute some crushed garlic, chopped onions, shredded chicken, carrots, and french beans.<\/li>\n<li>Let it grill a bit on the pan itself.<\/li>\n<li>Now mix chopped boiled eggs, kidney beans, chicken, and vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Finally add the dressing, salt, pepper, lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a
