Chocolate Makhana Recipe For People With Diabetes

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups puffed Makhana
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate (sugar-free)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2-3 tbsp almond & cashew powder

Method 

  • Lightly roast the makhana for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
  • In another pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter and then gently add the chopped dark chocolate.
  • Give this mixture a good stir and wait until you reach the desired consistency and texture.
  • For the next step, add two tbsp of almond & cashew powder to add a nutty essence to this mixture.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and gently fold the roasted makhana.
  • Make sure that each piece is perfectly coated with this chocolate mixture.
  • Garnish these chocolate makhanas with a dash of almond & cashew powder.
