Thotakura (Amarnath) Curd Curry


  • Thotakura (amarnath leaves) -1 cup
  • Onion
  • green chili paste-2 spoon
  • Salt-2 spoon
  • Garlic-10
  • Besan flour-3 spoons
  • Curd-1 cup


  1. First of all boil curry leaves in water and salt.
  2. Once boiled,drain the water and put it on stove. 
  3. Add cut onions and chili paste.
  4. Next add garlic. 
  5. Mix curd into this prep on low flame and slowly add in the besan flour
  6. Add salt as per taste along with some turmeric powder
  7. Switch off the flame
  8. Your curry is ready. Eat along with chapatis or rice.
