How To Make Diabetes-Friendly Sprouts Bhel?

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Hung Curd
  • Mint and Coriander Chutney
  • Dates and Tamarind Chutney
  • Chaat Masala
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilly finely chopped
  • Green Coriander

Method

  1. Take the sprouts in a bowl
  2. Add curd.
  3. Now add dates broken into pieces ( randomly pluck the date fruit)
  4. Add onions and chilli
  5. Add chaat masala
  6. Mix this with some tamarind chutney or coriander chutney
  7. Garish with coriander leaves
  8. Enjoy tasty and healthy sprouts bhel.
