  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Simple oats
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

How to Prepare Honey Oats

  1. Take a pan and add oats and lightly roast it.
  2. In another pan add milk along with elaichi. Let it boil.
  3. Once the milk starts boiling add oats.
  4. Cook this mix for a few mins on low flame.
  5. Switch off the flame. Pour the mix in a bowl and now add honey.
  6. Consume right away.
