Ajwain Chicken

Not butter chicken or roasted chicken. It’s time to enjoy some ajwain chicken.


  1. Ajwain
  2. Salt
  3. Chicken
  4. Black pepper
  5. Water
  6. Ginger garlic paste
  7. Coriander leaves chopped
  8. Red chilli flakes
  9. Ghee
  10. Yogurt
  11. Carom powder

Start cooking: 

  1. Mix chicken in carom powder and yogurt.
  2. Add some ginger garlic paste to this mix and salt.
  3. Top the mix with some chilli flakes.
  4. Marinate this mix for 30 mins.
  5. In a pan add ghee and sear the chicken on high heat for 5-8 mins.
  6. Add some water and coriander leaves.
  7. Once the water absorbs, check if chicken is tender.
  8. Top off with some cashews.


Ajwain chicken is ready.

Enjoy this with some chapatis or rice.
