Tasty Vegetable Namkeen Dalia Recipe

Dalia is a comfort food for almost every Indian. But when you have to eat it on a regular basis, you might want to try some different recipes. Check out this tasty and diabetes-friendly Namkeen Dalia recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Dalia
  • Ghee
  • Lemon juice
  • Cauliflower
  • Sweet peas
  • Beans
  • Carrot
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder

Method:

  1. Take dalia in a pressure cooker
  2. Saute it in little ghee.
  3. Add water and two or three drops of lemon juice.
  4. Allow dalia to cook in pressure cooker (3 whistles).
  5. Now take seasonal vegetables and cut into small pieces.
  6. Take some ghee in pan and saute the vegetables till tender.
  7. Add salt and black pepper powder as per taste.
  8. You can add some tomato puree.
  9. Mix cooked dalia and vegetables.
