Chicken is a lean source of protein, which helps promote satiety, stabilise blood sugar levels, and support muscle health. Including plenty of fibre-rich vegetables in the salad, such as mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion, adds essential nutrients and promotes digestive health. Fibre also aids in slowing down the absorption of carbohydrates, leading to better blood sugar control.
