Healthy Dalia

Ingredients:

  • Ghee
  • Dalia
  • Cardamom ( big)
  • Sugar free powder
  • Almonds/ Cashew for garnish

 

Method: 

  1. Firstly in pan put one spoon ghee on low flame.
  2. Ten take one bowl of Dalia and put it in pan.
  3. Then roasted it light brown on low flame.
  4. In that you can put badi elachi (cardamom) for better taste.
  5. Then pour 3 bowl water in pan.Cover with lid.
  6. Cook it for 15- 30 minutes.Stir occasionally.
  7. Aafter 30 minutes use sugar free powder according to the taste.
  8. Garnish sweet dalia with almonds and cashews
