Jamun Smoothie

Total Preparation Time: 10 -15 mins
Ingredients

3/4 cup de-seeded and finely chopped black jamun
2 cups low-fat dahi
1 tsp sugar substitute
4 tbsp crushed ice
Method 

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the ice, in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 4 individual small glasses.
  3. Top with 1 tbsp of crushed ice or pudina strands.
  4. Serve chilled.
