Protein Dhokla


  • 2 cup Flour of sprouted moong/matki
  • 2tb spoons gram flour,green chillies and ginger paste,
  • 1 tablespoon citric acid
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Asafoetida
  • Turmeric


  1. Take 2 cups of sprouts flour,add water as required to make batter
  2. Add ginger-chilli paste,salt ,citric acid and mix well
  3. Add salt and then grease plate and place batter on it for 10-15 minutes.  

For tadka

  1. Add 1tb spoon oil,mustard seeds,asafoetida ,tumeric,curry leaves and salt.Also add ¼ tablespoon sugar
  2. Add some water then add all this on dhokla.
  3. Enjoy protein dhokla with tomato ketchup.
