Garlic Methi


  1. Green cut methi
  2. Half garlic
  3. Elephant foot ( suran)
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Chili flakes


  1. Wash and cut the methi.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic
  3. Wash and cut the suran.
  4. Now boil this suran in salt and turmeric.
  5. Heat a non stick pan and brush oil over it.
  6. Add chopped garlic and chili flakes.
  7. As the garlic turns slightly brown add the boiled and drained suran. Keep the flame high.
  8. Now add chopped methi and lastly salt and pepper as per taste.
  9. Cook for some time.
  10. Turn the flame off. Serve with chapati or rice.
