Namkeen Dalia


  1. Dalia
  2. Ghee
  3. Lemon juice
  4. Cauliflower
  5. Sweet peas
  6. Beans
  7. Carrot
  8. Salt
  9. Black pepper powder


  1. Take dalia in a pressure cooker
  2. Saute it in little ghee.
  3. Add water ,two or three drops of lemon juice.
  4. Allow dalia to cook in pressure cooker(3 whistle).
  5. Now take seasonal vegetables and cut into small pieces.
  6. Take some ghee in pan and saute the vegetable till tender.
  7. Add salt and black pepper powder as per taste.
  8. You can add some tomato puree.
  9. Mix cooked dalia and vegetables.


Healthy and nutritious dalia is ready. Serve hot.
