How to Make a Diabetes-Friendly Quinoa Salad?
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 2 Bell Peppers, any color finely chopped
- 5 to 10 florets Broccoli
- 2 to 3 pieces Celery
- Olive oil.
- Salt – to taste
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- Soak Quinoa in warm water for 15 mins.
- Place in a steamer for 15 mins.
- Take 1 tsp Olive oil in a wok and stir fry the veggies for 3 to 4 mins.
- Add the steamed quinoa
- Sprinkle salt and curry powder.
- Serve hot.
